Kokua, Senior Residence, Breaking Ground in 2020
Located at 1192 Alakea St., Kokua will provide 233 affordable rental units to seniors whose income is no more than 60% of the area median income (AMI). A number of units will be available to residents who make no more than 30% of AMI, and approximately 20% of the units will be reserved as special needs units, exclusively for the frail elderly, senior veterans, and seniors who are mentally or physically disabled.
A wide variety of services targeted to the needs of our senior residents will be available at Kokua:

- Transportation assistance
- On site healthcare providers
