As part of the master plan of the Village of Kapolei, this 37 acre development celebrates affordable living with the rich heritage of the Hawaiian experience. A development “theme” drive loops the site leading residents to a central 1.6 acre ‘Village Green” central park. As a focal point of the community, this area acts as the major recreation center for the development. This central entertainment element links all the villages consisting of 152 condominiums and 136 apartments. Sited to minimize intrusion into private dwelling units, these facilities provide an additional buffer among the villages.
